From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the evening. The staff at Steak 48 are nothing short of amazing; they are friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. Every member of the team, from the servers to the bussers, demonstrated a high level of knowledge about the menu and were eager to make recommendations that perfectly suited my taste. Their excellent service made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my meal. Now, let’s talk about the food! The steaks were cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and tenderness that left me craving more. The sides were equally impressive, complementing the main dishes beautifully. Overall, I can confidently give Steak 48 a perfect score of 10. As someone who understands the intricacies of the restaurant business, I can genuinely say that if you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience with top-notch service and delicious food, look no further than Steak 48. We came in this evening for the Fall trio, which was a steak and two kinds of shrimp. It was excellent and plenty of food. The steak was tasty and tender this evening, as the sirloin is sometimes grainy and tough. It was more like the tender sirloin at TX roadhouse. The au gratin potato were cheesy and the salad fresh. Food was excellent and good value. The restaurant itself was quite busy in the 6 o'clock hour on a Saturday evening, but that is to be expected. With our reservation, we were seated immediately. A nice evening.

I guess this is my 5th times @ InsideOut, during my birthday; Thanksgiving; regular days without occasion & this is our first time for Holidays Oasis Experience with my husband. It was beautiful experience especially the ambiance was so fantastic, our server Jonathan, he’s so great. The food kind salty (oven chicken) but the filet mignon was so good very tasty tender, and juicy it was perfect, my husband love it so much that his favorite. It’s 10 score for me. I love the place and definitely is a must to come back and highly recommend 😘

Our server, Victor, was nothing short of exceptional. His attentiveness, patience, and thoughtful menu suggestions elevated the entire experience. He navigated the evening with grace, making us feel truly cared for. The only reason this isn’t a perfect 10/10 is that the food took longer than expected to arrive. For a moment, time seemed to stretch — but when the dishes finally graced our table, every bite was a masterpiece. It was a delay we were willing to forgive for such a culinary experience. Seneca isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a destination. I’ll be back — and next time, I’ll be ready to savor every second. 🍷✨
