The best kind of organised chaos, staff are rushing around placing new dishes on your table constantly. The feel of the place is lovely, quite intimate and romantic. Food is amazing, so fresh tasting and they will replace things like the chips and bread for hot fresh plates. Fish is spectacular. The seafood special is the way to go. No faults really, only marked ever so slightly down because, the toilet is not very nice but no real problems just cold and damp, and overall the place is cold, and the door is left open so it basically feels like your outside but its alright and didn't really bother me but if you go this time of year be warned to wear a nice jumper for when you take your coat off. But I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to book! arrive on time for the best tables so you don't have to share!!

I read once that if a pub/restaurant is confident enough to offer oysters on their menu then you should be in safe hands. This is absolutely true of the Victoria. The oysters, whether raw or deep fried, were excellent. And everything we had to follow or accompany, be it the cocktail specials or the desserts was equally enjoyable And if one of my daughters professes after the meal that she may have been finally converted to fish, there can be no higher praise

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Easy in Canary Wharf, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, with the perfect blend of rustic charm and vibrant energy. It’s the ideal spot for anyone craving hearty portions of delicious comfort food. The menu offered a mouthwatering selection of BBQ, seafood, and indulgent sides. I opted for the ribs and lobster combo, which was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich, smoky, and absolutely satisfying. Paired with a signature cocktail, it made for an unforgettable meal. What truly elevated the evening, though, was the impeccable service we received from Domingo. From the moment we were seated, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. His warm personality, attentive demeanor, and detailed knowledge of the menu made a lasting impression. Domingo anticipated our needs, offered excellent recommendations, and added a personal touch to the experience that made it truly special. Big Easy is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience, and Domingo’s outstanding service was the highlight of our visit. If you’re looking for great food, a lively vibe, and exceptional hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Was welcomed and greeted very courteously. Offered an intimate place to sit. The restaurant was incredibly quiet with minimal staff. The host was incredibly lazy as they had said I needed to attend the bar for 2 4 1. As someone with accessibility needs (non visible), this was overwhelming. With my partner leading and me giving positive self-talk and meditating/calming techniques, I placed an order in which the bar host (black) set the standard and also offered/asked what we liked and encouraged recommended options. (High standard of customer service, and also brought the drinks to our table). This is the reason for an overall pleasant review. The food was ordered quickly, and the waiter was attentive, understanding, and also alerted a 10 min countdown to when the bar closed. My partner ordered the Big Easy version of a Seafood boil bag (bring gloves, though, like I did). He wanted a larger portion but thoroughly enjoyed it with his sides calamari and creamy mash. However, I had the popcorn shrimp, chicken tenders (incredibly seasoned) with sweet potato fries, and both starters came with side sauces. I will definitely return on a Thursday as I love the steak and lobster combo deal. Every day between Monday - Thursday there's a deal. Every day us happy hour ALL DAY. Highly recommended for dates, anniversary, birthday parties, Hen Party/Stag Do (responsible) Christmas meals or any other occasion. I will be back after commuting more than 5 hours, thanks to the Big Easy Crew as a whole. Had a boozy time and went home with a goody bag (leftovers).
