The OUTDOOR reservations area has been tastefully enclosed in clear insulated curtains that still provide a scenic river view and is well protected, well heated and honored all weather. Additionally we offer FIREPIT LOUNGE reservations in our large outdoor bar area and first come first served bar, hightop and lounge seating. Food was delicious and drink was good. Service was terrible. Waiter was uninterested and didnt want to be there. He did not introduce himself and never check on us. Other servers were having to do his work. Unfortunate because food is so good.

The server was really nice and mannerable although it took a while to receive our meal. The food was so so; my Salmon and Broccoli were overcooked, which was a bummer! So, I probably won't be back for a while.

The food was good, and I have no complaints. It is about what you expect from Red Lobster. We had the Crabfest special, which is overpriced for what you get for $38. I got one cluster, and they were out of crispy potatoes. What made the experience most pleasant was our waiter, Laura. Even if the food were terrible, which it wasn’t, I would have given my dining experience 5 stars, just for how she cared for us and her other tables. Her service was superb, and it made for an enjoyable dinner.
