Our menu and theme of the restaurant is inspired by taking classics and adding a modern flare. We renovated a classic American building with contemporary design inside. The menu is taken from classic recipes, sourced locally and given a twist. The items will be familiar yet distinct. You will find presentation to be clean and simple. Our beverage program is an experience in itself. Our historic bar will transport you back in time, and our bartenders will guide you on a journey of crafted cocktails, wines and draft beer.     Very warm reception from hostess, Susie. Appetizers stand outs were the deviled eggs with a touch of caviar, smoked lemon/lime wings, and brussel sprouts (with sauce on the side). For dinner, the shrimp and grits was amazing. First visit. Hopefully more good things to report with future ones..

    We had a reservation as it was a night that UConn was playing at the XL Center and were seated on time. The place was packed and there probably weren't enough waitstaff on duty but we were able to dine and leave with enough time to make the start of the game. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience. The food came out hot and was delicious. We will try this place again for sure and make an earlier reservation next time.

    I love Foundry. This wasn’t my 1st visit and won’t be the last. Attentive service, delicious food and such a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. My friends and I were discussing how much we love French fries, and the bartender overheard and brought us a basket of them. It was so thoughtful and kind.
