This is a great restaurant to go to right from the start. Parking is easy. The greeters at the front door are informed and friendly. There is a variety of ambiance in the different zones in the restaurant that is pleasing to the senses. The selection of appetizers is adequate and their presentation & flavour started things off right for our group of six. The the main menu selection is excellent. The sommelier, Arjan, really knew his stuff and allowed us to pick several good wines from regions in Canada. Really appreciated that as our guests were from Spain. The main course covered a real variety of items from very simple for the teenagers to very sophisticated for us older ones. That's a really wise decision by the owners/chefs. Everybody was happy and satisfied. It tiks the box on a real wide span of prices and menu items which allows you to go from simple to a big night out. Definitely going back again. Art

We enjoyed our lunch during the holiday break, the food, service and ambiance were all great. We had more of a dinner-sized lunch, with 2 of us having steak (which was prepared to our liking), Mediterranean bowl, wine, and the creme brulee cheesecake desert. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, and the place was warm and comfortable, with a good vibe. We enjoyed our visit and will be back again!

The staff are always friendly and attentive, making sure you’re well taken care of. Despite it being Christmas Eve and the restaurant being full, the service was prompt, and the food arrived hot. I had the Escargot as an appetizer, followed by lobster tails for the main course—both were cooked to perfection. I also tried the house-made Kegnog, which was absolutely delicious. A wonderful dining experience all around!

Wonderful experience this evening! We started with cocktails - all with interesting names and interesting flavours. The newspaper garnish was so fun! We enjoyed the oysters - so fresh and flavourful - and the whipped brie to start. We ordered mussels, lobster risotto, short rib and chicken supreme as our mains. All very different, but delicious! Seasoned and cooked to perfection. We finished with dessert and the bartender indulged me with a blueberry tea. We will be back and would not hesitate to recommend to our friends. Chairman’s is one of my favourite restaurants ever. Where do I even start… The ambiance is beautiful, whether it’s the lake views or the decor everywhere you look there are beautiful details (the menus softly light up when you open them and every bathroom is a bidet as well). The service is next to none, thoughtful and kind staff and again every detail is thoughtfully curated throughout your entire dining experience. We had Dany as our server and we just loved him. So respectful and friendly, he really gave us a great experience. The food… wow. Consistently incredible and made with so much love and care. There is not one thing I’d complain about at this restaurant other than the fact that you won’t find such a well rounded and consistent fine dining experience anywhere else and it ruins you lol.
