Overall this was a great experience for us on Valentine's day. The maitre' de (however you spell that) was very pleasant and gave my date a rose to give to me. Because it was so crowded we didn't get the tableside experience, but the experience we did have was so nice that we will be returning. Also.....we had the cheese wheel pasta this evening and the next day went somewhere that was supposed to be KNOWN for their cheese wheel pasta (in Arlington, if you know, you know) and hands down, this was better. ;)

Amazing Experience at Texas de Brazil! Texas de Brazil is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of upscale elegance and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The service is top-notch—attentive, friendly, and always making sure you have everything you need. And the food? Absolutely incredible! The salad bar is fresh, diverse, and packed with delicious options, but the real star of the show is the endless parade of perfectly seasoned, expertly grilled meats. Each cut is juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Whether you love filet mignon, lamb chops, picanha, or Brazilian sausages, there’s something for everyone. The experience feels indulgent yet refined, making it perfect for special occasions, date nights, or simply treating yourself to a fantastic meal. I was very impressed with how well the staff handled the Valentine’s Day crowd. Despite the high volume of guests, they remained calm, organized, and efficient in getting people seated. While it seemed like the restaurant may have been slightly overbooked—possibly due to a syncing issue between the OpenTable app and the website—the team managed the situation well. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience. The food was excellent, and both the servers and meat handlers provided great service. Even during such a busy time, everything ran smoothly, making for an enjoyable evening. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

Very busy night on V-Day. We had reservations, but did need to wait a few minutes which was expected. Once sat down, we were greeted promptly got our drinks in and oysters. Our food and drinks were wonderful from beginning to end, but service was admittedly slow at first between the oysters and ordering our entrees. This couldn’t be helped, however, as they were packed so not docking points for a packed room on a holiday. We ended up getting our dessert to go, which we ate later and was great. Overall, a nice dinner for a special occasion as the service did take care of us with leftovers and getting things. Although pricey, you can’t deny the quality control of the food and service being top notch.

The experience was very enjoyable. First and foremost, the service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, professional and attentive. The food was delicious. The steaks were cooked to perfection.
