Paloma opened in 2022 in The Van Aken District by Carl Quagliata and Zach Ladner’s Q&L Hospitality.Paloma has been led by two remarkable young women who have been part of the Q & L Hospitality family for more than a decade. Alyssa Ladner serves as the General Manager, overseeing the front of house and the beverage program. She collaborates closely with Chef de Cuisine Ky’tana Bradley, who manages the kitchen.Originally launched as a casual taco concept in 2022, Paloma has transformed over the past two years into something much more sophisticated.     We go to Red for a Boxing Day feast each year with friends. We have never switched up the location for this celebration because RED never disappoints! We had a delicious leisurely dinner. Our waiter Joseph was terrific. A few of us skipped steak and got the tuna… so good. Cooked perfect on a crispy rice cake. Going to look forward to next year’s celebration.

    Everything was superb! Friendly staff, mindful management, and great value for the level of quality. I’ve been here many times in the past, but this was by far my best experience! The food preparation was better than my previous visits.

    We love Jojo's! We were happy to celebrate the holidays following one of our family member's performance in Chagrin Valley Little Theater's Christmas Concert & introduce this lovely spot to family visiting from across states - Ca, SC, & Illinois...Caleb did a wonderful job serving our large party of 12! Our entrees & wine selections were delicious! We felt a bit removed from the main restaurant & festive decorations as we were tucked away upstairs in the far back booth-like table. Perhaps this is the only spot to accommodate a party of our size. It is definitely noisy - could hardly hear one another speak. Also, please be mindful that 20% gratuity already included with groups this size...we didn't pay attention and added another 20%. We enjoyed a lovely evening of food, company, making memories & sharing the spirit of the season! Thank you! We will be back!
