With reservations, there was still about a 20 minute wait- which was fine as you can watch the Gauchos walking around doing their thing. We were sat in a back room type spot which was quieter than the main floor and also meant we saw all the meats often. We had great services from 3 servers, drinks never empty, very attentive. No rushing even though they could have used our table. Prices are high but no more so than any other fine dining. Really good food too! We love it here. We sat in the lounge since we arrived earlier and the server was extremely personable. After we received our drinks we were brought to our table by a window which I had asked to have if possible. Great! Our server was very polite, professional and provided us with a nice experience.
