Carson's was absolutely on top of everything from having clearly labeled menu items and educated servers. The servers also had cards that detailed which items were gluten-free as-is and which truly needed modifications. I'm traveling for business and came here with my team, we all had a great evening with delicious food, an absolutely gorgeous atmosphere, and great drinks (cocktails and mocktails). The noise level can vary depending on where you're seated, but it was relatively quiet in my opinion. Main course was a Nic & Norman’s salad and Fish and Chips. Both excellent. Generous portions. For dessert was apple tart ?and ice cream. Excellent! We has espresso and dreamsicle martinis! Yum!
