サウス・バンクにあるThe Archdukeレストラン＆ワインバーは、ウォータールー駅を囲む古い鉄橋を利用した地元のランドマーク的存在で、アイマックス、ロンドン・アイ、ロイヤル・フェスティバル・ホールなど世界的に有名なロンドンの観光スポットのすぐそばに位置しています。このエリアで最初にオープンしたロンドンのレストラン、The Archdukeは、1979年以降何度も改装を重ね今なお斬新な店内には、露出したレトロなレンガの壁やモダンなガラス張りの外観を背景に、センスの良いシンプルな家具が並んでいます。バーでは週6日間ジャズの生演奏が行われ、スピーカーから流れる優しい音色を聴きながら、最高のステーキ（ステーキハウスのブラック＆ブルーグループ製）やシンプルなローストチキンと好みのサイドディッシュなど、心温まるモダンなヨーロッパ料理を楽しめます。テラスからは、ずっと見ていても飽きないほどの素晴らしいロンドン・アイの景色を眺めることできます。

We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall.
