We had an amazing experience at Blacklock for dinner. Unfortunately our table was not available when we arrived despite booking but the staff were very kind and sat us at the bar whilst our table was being prepared. We had some cocktails and wine which were really great. The food took around 30 minutes to come out and it was all incredibly delicious. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and the green sauce was sensational. The portions were generous and we left feeling incredibly full. Our server (unfortunately forgot to get his name) was so lovely and attentive, always ready to fill out glass as soon as it was empty and he even replaced my friends cocktail for free when she broke the glass. Overall a brilliant experience and I will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience! Busy restaurant but we were welcomed like old friends and made to feel special We ate from the express menu and it was delicious. Mackerel salad followed by rump steak and pavlova - all were fabulous ! Will be back on next trip to Manchester ! Thanks

Had a great meal, staff are friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Stay away from the hangman sauce. Very evil stuff. Lol Will go back again soon

Excellent restaurant, with beautiful decor and friendly staff. The steak was very tasty and the additional sauces were great accompaniments. There is an extensive drinks menu and the dulche lèche pancakes were 5*. We will be returning, thank you Marcell.

Had a really lovely evening here. Food was excellent (and plentiful), garlic bread was to die for! The restaurant is quite large but felt cosy and warm. Outstanding service from Pedro- he pulled out all the stops and was attentive, friendly and professional. Will definitely be back.
