The server responded quickly with an apology and had a second one prepared. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived we were pretty much finished with our meals. And that was very disappointing, especially at a steakhouse like Hennen’s. And we were charged the full amount for the overcooked steak which was a bit of a surprise. We will continue to dine at Hennen’s since our past experiences have all been wonderful. It’s just unfortunate that there was a fly in the ointment on this occasion.
