Our server Paul was fantastic with personality & knowledge of the restaurant. What can you say tabout the food at RC. Never disappoints. My brother & sister in laws are planning to visit after our high praise & they live about four hours away. I will say this this is the best time to be here in the off season. Service provided by the bartender, Eric was perfect. He helped guid various patrons into their selections, including myself.
