This is our favorite restaurant and it’s excellent every single time we go!! Love it!!👏👏👏

We were two couples. We had a great table. We all enjoyed adult beverages, appetizers, entrees and desert. The food was delicious. Our waiter and support staff couldn’t have been better. A very upscale dining experience. A special evening out, for sure.

Jake’s is so perfect for a special night! The food was great!! Started w a very generous and tasty crab cake (we shared and it was ample!) followed by a crisp and delish Ceasar salad and hubby had the chowder (it was “okay”) and then our entrees…soooo good…I had the halibut and it was flaky and fab…hubby had the crusted ahi which he thoroughly enjoyed! Our mai tai and old fashioned cocktails were awesome as well! Our server, Mike, was attentive and helpful! We were also delighted to have a card waiting for us at the table to wish us a Happy Anniversary and they treated us to Hula pie! 😋🤩👏🏻 Well done, Jake’s Team!!

The food was wonderful, so fresh and so nicely presented. The service was outstanding. Loved the tempura lobster tacos, a real winner.

Absolutely loved the experience, my girlfriend had told me about the restaurant. She loves the early 90s so the vibes of the restaurant was amazing for her, I loved the decor as well as the general ambiance. The vodka pasta was so good, I got the 40oz porterhouse. The outside was grilled perfectly as well as the medium on the inside. The drinks were so good from the Cabernet my girlfriend had to the Gin & Tonic I had were both wonderfully made. 10/10, will absolutely be suggesting this place to every couple we know as THE date night spot in San Diego.
