As Chef Mike DeCamp spent 10 years at the former French restaurant, this will be his homecoming and opportunity to write his own chapter for the space. P.S. Steak disrupts the perceptions of a typical steakhouse while honoring the legacy of one of the great culinary foundations in the Twin Cities. This is a MUST go to. Boketta was above and beyond our expectations - both service and food. We were celebrating a birthday with 5 in our group. We all agreed Boketta was top tier. It started with our server Golf. He was so knowledgeable as well as fun. Answered each question and provided recommendations that were helpful. He went above and beyond making each of us feel at home and welcome. The food…everything we had was exceptionally delicious and the portions were generous. We shared a few appetizers - one being the sticky ribs - and one person in our party ordered them again as an entree. We’ll definitely go back!

Thank you Butcher’s Tale for making my birthday so special! First off, our server Meesh (sp) was an absolute gem. She was friendly, knowledgeable and her attitude was confident yet casual. As a queer couple, sometimes we get treated weirdly but Meesh was absolutely excellent and welcoming. The server assistants were also top notch and very attentive. The food was immaculate! The pork chop was roughly the size of a king mattress and I have no idea how the kitchen managed to cook such a mighty chop to absolute perfection. My steak was one of the best I’ve ever had and the key lime pie almost made me cry tears of joy, and yet I despair I will never again find its equal. We will we back! Also I don’t drink anymore but the whiskey list was very impressive! Thank you everyone!
