First of all, food was outstanding. The steaks were terrific, the sides were great, the portions were very generous. (We went the Friday after Thanksgiving and now we have steakhouse leftovers in addition to turkey.) The service from Steven was also great - very knowledgeable, personable, but not intrusive. One caveat - the inside dining is very noisy. No rugs or tablecloths, and a high ceiling make for a noisy experience. The ambiance is fine. The food is pretty expensive - although I think it was worth it. I won't be eating here every week, but for special occasions, it's OK.

Rails is normally an outstanding experience, as we have dined there numerous times before. We were there for Thanksgiving night and expected the same stellar experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our food was delivered very late, cold and the steak overcooked. However, I am still a huge fan, as the management did everything to make this right. Don’t know what the issue was, but we were treated as valued guests and the concern for our experience was real. We were well compensated for the less than excellent experience, so I will continue to give them the highest recommendation, as they really care about their customers and want to ensure a 5 star experience. We had a great dinner with excellent service tonight! Sweetwater is always a favorite which we look forward to.

Not all meats were offered. Our server came to our table once to check in and we started to dine in. We did not get our appetizer after 45 minutes. Would not come back to this location.
