It was Valentine’s weekend and our first visit. The server was Kiley and she was as sweet as could be, called us by our names the entire time, was very attentive without being at the table too much. The Chef came by and visited with us and said hello to everyone at the other tables as well and let me tell you about the food. It’s beyond amazing! We had the Steak Salerno and Tuna appetizer, snapper and grouper special and cream brûlée. One of the best meals we’ve ever had! We will be back and often!

My wife and I enjoyed our valentines dinner here. The Valentine's dinner they offered was excellent and priced well. They offered two different options depending on the time of day, which was nice. We had the pork chop bites appetizer, which was very good. The Valentines Day dinner was excellent. We both had the cheese cake, and it was excellent. It was some of the best we have had. The ambiance was nice. We did like the wine tower where you can see them pull wine from. There are plenty of staff to wait on you and our waiter was excellent. He made sure everything arrived in a timely manner. We had a great valentines dinner here. The only thing worth mentioning is on special occasion days expect a long wait, even with a reservation. But that being said, it's worth the wait. We would definitely dine here again.

Thank you for making this evening an amazing one for us. When I initially booked my reservation I didn’t know if we had to reserve a table upstairs as it wasn’t an option for me. We showed up and thought we were going to be seated upstairs, but was informed at the front desk that we had patio seating. I was somewhat disappointed. As we sat in the bar area dispirited, we were approached by the manager. I believe he was. Long story short, he went above and beyond to ensure that we had upstairs seating and it all turned out to be an unforgettable experience for us. Thank you kind sir! Your work did not go unnoticed. Sorry I didn’t catch your name, but we really appreciate what you did. We will always dine here again whenever we are back in Dallas. I’ll remember to reserve my table upstairs next time. 😊

From start to finish all was excellent. We arrive a bit early for our 5:30 reservation and were seated right away. The menu was very good for my wife and I. Perry's has a special selection for those over 65. $39 per person with a good selection of the three courses. Their bread was warm and tasty. The Lobster Bisque was exceptionally good. The cup was more than enough with a nice chunk of Lobster in it. The filet for my wife was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. The steak came on a hot plate. My Fried shrimp was excellent on top of a large mound of French fries. The three sauces that were served with the fries added to the flavors. We added on the Asparagus as an additional side. Deserts were Creme Brule and Cheesecake. My wife opted for a glass of Perry's house Rose - perfect match for her steak. The restaurant was nicely laid out. The wine racks were over 10 feet high and contained many bottles of their finest wines. We were served by Katlyn. A beautiful young lady that was very attentive to our needs. My wife and I had a wonderful time at Haywire Plano. We came on a Tuesday and was surprised to how busy it was, but that was no concern as we had reservations in place and we're seated pretty swiftly. For our starter we had the mini Elk tacos which were pretty good. For the main course I ordered the 18oz Angus Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye with a side of the White cheddar havarti mac&cheese and Tallow fries. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection and the taste was amazing. My wife ordered the Texas farm raised red fish which came with jumbo lump crab&rock shrimp, spicy lemon zydeco sauce, whipped potatoes and a frisée citrus salad. Per my wife it was an amazing meal. When we go back I'll be trying the 33oz Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye.
