During the cooking process, the marbling renders down leaving the meat full of flavour incredibly tender and so, so succulent!

Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace.     We booked this after hearing great things from friends and I'm so glad we went. Brought my mam for a nice gal's evening and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great, lots of couples and families enjoying themselves. The bottomless garlic bread was gorgeous and did I mention bottomless?! I got the 7oz fillet cooked medium and it came cooked to perfection. Lovely sized portions and the pepper sauce was lovely too. The service was fantastic from start to finish - the waitstaff couldn't do enough for you and we didn't want for anything for the 90 mins we were there. Special mention goes to Jonathan who looked after our table and clearly loved his job. I also thought the price was extremely good for the heaps of food we got so I would definitely recommend and I will definitely go back. The profiteroles were lovely also!

    We booked a table for my nephews birthday, 9 of us attended. Had to wait until bang on 7 to get the table. Food was lovely. Garlic bread kept on coming. Everywhere you looked, there was garlic bread. Coeliac options were there aswell. I got the piri piri chicken, sauce on side was so spicy. My hubby got the striploin, well done. We shared. Would defo go back.

    Excellente viande, cuisson parfaite, sauce chimichurri délicieuse, Service parfait, serveuse adorable et attentionnée, Le tarif n'est pas particulièrement abordable, mais pour tous les points cités plus haut, j'y retourne sans problème.

    Nice restaurant but menu on website is not what’s served. Didn’t ask how to cook burger and came well done and dry. Seafood Pasta dish was delicious though a little small. Had to search for servers - never came to check on us or ask for drinks or desserts.
