Our family of three went for dinner to celebrate the New Year. We were a little apprehensive as we have had some pretty negative experiences at other Keg restaurants, but not this time. We had the pleasure of having Ben as our server. He took excellent care of us, kept checking in, and ensuring our satisfaction with the meal. Both my parents and I, said, that at the end of the meal this experience and Ben in particular had restored our faith and satisfaction in The Keg. The whole experience from beginning to end was amazing, from hosts, to servers, food runners, right until the end the experience was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

First time and it was a great experience. We will return . Our waitress Tamra was outstanding Her attention to detail, customer service, and recommendations made it a wonderful experience.

It was the first time since most of the Sawmills have closed in Edmonton that we attended a breakfast brunch. We used to go quite often pre-Covid. The offerings while a little less in the number of dishes, were fresh, tasty and well prepared. Service was great. Coffee was kept hot and other drinks filled. Table service was good and quick. A lovely Christmas Eve brunch. Will return for the regular Sunday Brunch in the New Year.

An unforgettable anniversary night. 9 years ago we stopped in here to start what would be our Christmas / Anniversary tradition, eating and drinking before going to the Citadels Christmas Carol. Thank you to Matt and the team for their care and attention. Not to mention that the drinks and food were still unbelievable. Thank you all so much for everything.

At such a busy time of the year, the Earl’s staff at the Crossroads were once again amazing. Tashya thank you for such great service. As always the food was fresh and well prepared . Thank you to all and a Merry Christmas!
