First let me say our waitress was lovely and very accommodating. The service was great and food served at a perfect pace so not to feel rushed or waiting. Flat breads on the table were delicious. The food… we had the special appetizer salad which was good. Both my husband and I and our friends (who got it also) split it. I had the diver scallops over risotto which were very salty and scares. I didn’t even finish the risotto because it was so salty. My husband and girlfriend had beef which looked delicious being cooked medium rare. They both said it was good . My husband’s filet was so small I didn’t dare ask him for a taste. My girlfriend’s husband had fish which he said was okay. Creamed spinach was very good, mashed potatoes bland. It was a very expensive dinner to not walk away being really happy. It’s a shame because it’s so close to our house. We were here last July for my birthday and it was okay but we thought we’d give it another shot. Previously it’s been great on all levels.

We were an hour early for our lunch reservation and although they were very busy, they sat us. Food and service ( our waiter Jack Yoo) was excellent. I booked the reservation on OpenTable. I told them it was my friend’s birthday. They made her a beautiful happy birthday platter with desserts and fresh fruit couldn’t have had a nicer lunch.

Never once have we had a problem with the service quality of food or anything else here. We’ve held multiple events here and will continue to do so. No request is to small or to big from accepting a delivery of a cake to whichever meat you want brought out to your table. They’ve earned a client thorough and thorough from the professionalism to amazing staff.

Saddle River Inn gets it right every single time, from the moment you walk through the door, it becomes an experience. The service is absolutely impeccable. Every member of the team knows what to do and when to do it. Our favorite server is Tye, he is the best server we have ever encountered anywhere. The food is top notch. Some of the best food I’ve ever had. We shared the lump crab salad, and app size portion of the cavatelli, the octopus, and the tiger shrimp…all outstanding. Main entrees where perfect too! The lamb and sirloin were cooked perfectly and sooooo delicious. And wow! The French toast dessert was unlike anything I’ve ever had, I hope they add it to the permanent menu.

Our party of 8 very much enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner at 103 Prime. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, food was delicious and service was excellent! We will be back!
