Beyond Azabu lies The Den, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi helmed by Master Sushi Chefs. Located inside The Stanton Hotel, The Den at Azabu Miami Beach elevates the local culinary scene with authentic Japanese cuisine and transportive experiences. The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus are $300++ or $185++ per guest.     We were four people celebrating my birthday. My waiter was Maykel and he was fantastic. Everyone who works there has a great attitude, all willing to help the other, which is very unusual for a restaurant like this. It was a pleasant surprise and made my birthday super special. The food is meticulously done in such nice taste. Everything has a beautiful presentation. This is not the restaurant where you come starving because the portions are small but delicious. Every bite is an explosion of taste in your mouth. We ordered 12 different appetizers all amazing. The most impressive thing about this restaurant was the service and the energy inside. It’s just a great ambience. There was a fire dancer. The mood is fun. Thank you so much for making my birthday special.

    Wonderful experience. Our waiter, Mauricio, did a great job guiding us through the ordering process, and we were able to taste a variety of dishes not a one of which disappointed! Will definitely go back soon.
