Overall it was an excellent experience. It’s a bit pricy for the proportions but the food was very good and unique. Definitely recommend it for special occasions or a night out.

The tomahawk and wagyu dumplings were the show stopper but truly everything was delicious.

O-Ku continues to go above and beyond! This restaurant amazes me with their customer service. I had shared that my family was celebrating my brother’s accomplishment in the Navy when I booked the reservation a month ago. When we were seated, there was a gift at the table. They ordered my brother a special gift to join in our celebration. Two managers also stopped by the table to check in. Our waitress was super attentive. The food was incredible. My favorite place in all of Charlotte to go! Can’t wait to go back.

As always, the food was excellent and the service friendly and responsive.

Sadly the service was lacking. Waitress was quick to return from tables to talk with another waitress, lots of laughter and giggles together. However it took away from the time to bring us drinks. We never received plates until another waiter brought our beverages and saw us using napkins for plates. Waitress didn’t return to table to check on us until we finished dinner. Poor service.
