Welcome to El Cerdo Bourne End! Spanish tapas doesn’t compromise on passion or flavour. Every dish at El Cerdo is crafted to be a unique experience that brings friends and family together.Please note, all table bookings are for two hours. However, later table bookings from 7:30pm onwards are given the table until close.Our Bourne End restaurant welcomes dogs to our side terrace only, to accommodate any guests that may have allergies. Please note this terrace is heated, but uncovered, and we are unfortunately unable to move guests with dogs inside the restaurant or on our from terrace in cases of poor weather.

Humo [oo-moh], is a modern firehouse situated in the heart of Watford, serving Spanish inspired meat, seafood, fish, and seasonal vegetables cooked in a charcoal and wood oven. The furnace reaches temperatures of over 300 degrees Celsius so the produce is seared and smoked in seconds, making sure the flavour sings on your palate, and not on the plate.The restaurant boasts a beautiful, seated island bar, a peephole into the working kitchen and covers for over 100 guests.
