Ember Yard is the fourth restaurant from Salt Yard Group and has been influenced by our travels around Spain and Italy and their methods of cooking over charcoal and wood.We commissioned and custom built a bespoke, Basque-style grill and sourced some amazing single species sustainable charcoal and wood from Kent to cook with. A lovely tapas bar right in the middle of Soho, staff are great, warm friendly welcome. Food good - my one issue was the music, it’s unbelievably bad 😂 literally Black Sabbath- in a tapas bar in Soho ?! It doesn’t make any sense! Then U2 Sunday Bloody Sunday - I actually like that song but it’s just totally out of kilter with the place! Apart from that all really good!

Wasn’t quite sure how I would feel about being in the wine cellar as quite a small area but the experience and service was amazing . Our waitress was tentative , knowledgeable and smiley . The food was good quality , hot and plenty of it . Will definitely be back .

This was my first time having dinner at Aqua although I have had lunch several times outside. Such a beautiful contrast. The lighting and the ambience was perfect. The service was great and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back.
