I found out they also do deliveries via deliveroo and Uber eats. It's a fushion between Thai and Sri Lankan, so not your conventional Thai. They also have some English dishes currently available, in case you want to go with some friends who have less adventurous palates. \n\nSo I had the satay chicken skewers to start, which were lovely, and the satay sauce, which I'm fussy about, was delicious. My friend enjoyed the thai fish cakes. \n\nFor main, I had the prawn pad Thai. Not your conventional Pad Thai as I could taste a bit of lemongrass and tomato but everything was crisp and fresh and after asking them for some satay sauce to add to it, I was very happy 😊 My friend had the thai red curry which she asked for not too hot so I could try it. I usually go for green so can't compare, but my friend said it was nice. \n\nI think they probably need to reduce the menu as so much on there. \n\nThey have a lovely little outside area with tables, which I'm sure will be great in summer and a back bar room for hire. \n\nMy friend commented that it had a bit of a cafeteria feel and I think if they added more lighting, hid the clear display shelves by the kitchen and put plants or candles on the table, it would really help the ambiance. Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. Everyone enjoyed the food we had, good portions and really delicious. The service was really quick too. We sat inside and as we had not seen each other for some while, we lingered at the table for some time after we had finished eating. We were not hustled out and for that we were very appreciative.
We went to Pinnova for dinner on Saturday which was Mothers day eve. The restaurant was packed when we arrived but our table was ready immediately. The food was amazing, every item we ordered was great. We had the crispy calamari, chicken dumplings, korean bao, egg fried rice and sichuan prawn curry. The service was quick so overall had an amazing experience.
It's decorated with a lot of charm and attention to detail. The all you can eat sushi was delicious and beautifully presented. They even made adjustments for me as I cannot eat raw fish. It was a lot of food for £20.
This is a restaurant based within the grounds of Bushey Golf club and free parking after 6.30pm. I found out they also do deliveries via deliveroo and Uber eats. It's a fushion between Thai and Sri Lankan, so not your conventional Thai. They also have some English dishes currently available, in case you want to go with some friends who have less adventurous palates.
So I had the satay chicken skewers to start, which were lovely, and the satay sauce, which I'm fussy about, was delicious. My friend enjoyed the thai fish cakes.
For main, I had the prawn pad Thai. Not your conventional Pad Thai as I could taste a bit of lemongrass and tomato but everything was crisp and fresh and after asking them for some satay sauce to add to it, I was very happy 😊 My friend had the thai red curry which she asked for not too hot so I could try it. I usually go for green so can't compare, but my friend said it was nice.
I think they probably need to reduce the menu as so much on there.
They have a lovely little outside area with tables, which I'm sure will be great in summer and a back bar room for hire.
My friend commented that it had a bit of a cafeteria feel and I think if they added more lighting, hid the clear display shelves by the kitchen and put plants or candles on the table, it would really help the ambiance.
