Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Rounding out the menu is an exceptional selection of cocktails, craft beers, cocktails, and fine wines. Save room for dessert, our Heath Bar and Butterscotch bread pudding is legendary. Rishtedar is an exotic and innovative place, where flavors intermingle with a first class atmosphere, to bring the best of the Indian cuisine.
