In conjunction with the renowned Greek/Italian ‘Michelin Starred’ Chef, Ettore Botrini, owner of the renowned Botrini’s in Athens. Botrini has always created his culinary offerings with respect to seasonality, quality and the use of locally sourced fresh raw ingredients.
