Love Shack is an incredible patch of Vegan paradise situated in the heart of East London between Cambridge Heath & Bethnal GreenComprising three large and entirely unique railway arches and a beautiful decked garden complete with hammocks and it's very own Love hut, we are a restaurant, cocktail bar and events space with an emphasis on creating the kind of good vibes that will make you feel instantly welcome. I grew up in Delhi when I was a child - the smells and sights of the street food markets there were simply staggering. A new scent was drifting across the air from every direction; everywhere was glowing and vibrant, and people all around were eating and chattering away.Delhi is a melting pot of lots of different people from all over India. And so the street food in Delhi is an amalgamation of many different cooking styles from around the country, with some influences from western cuisine thrown in for good measure. My Indian street food recipes reflect this style and in keeping with tradition, tend to be little snacks and main courses you can eat with your hands.
