Colonel Tan's affordable menu combines traditional Thai cuisine with a cheeky American diner aesthetic. The name is a tribute to legendary Thai pop star Tan Punturaumporn. Years ago, Tan’s kitchen staff took to calling him the Colonel when they started serving a Five Spice Chicken that brought to mind a certain chicken-loving colonel from America’s Deep South. Lots of bold flavours in with the fully plant based menu. I really enjoyed the paring of chocolate sauce with a savoury dish and a very and creamy smooth cheese sauce. The arepas were very fluffy. The drinks and desert were also amazing, I could definitely taste the salt in the ice cream which really brings out more flavour

Came here for the second time and it did not disappoint. We had the feed me menu and we were stuffed towards the end. The entire experience was made more memorable by our lovely server Katherine! She was so friendly and attentive and made the entire experience more pleasant. Will definitely be returning for a third time!
