ダウンタウン・リンカーンの中心部に位置するOven Restaurant（オーブン・レストラン）は、1988年以来、20年以上にわたってインド料理を作ってきたシェフの献身的な家族によって運営/所有されています。The Oven Restaurants（ジ・オーブン・レストラン）は、豊かな色彩と風味、タンドールという粘土製のオーブンで調理されるユニークなスタイルで知られる北インド料理を専門としています。ミックスしたヨーグルトとスパイスに数時間漬け込んだ鶏肉、エビ、子羊のマリネを串に刺し、様々なパンを毎日シェフが手作りしています。串とパンはその後、直火のタンドールに並べられ、パンは完璧に焼きあげられ、肉の柔らかさと品質を保つため豊かな風味が閉じ込められます。歴史的なヘイマーケットの雰囲気あるいはセラーのリラックスした雰囲気を楽しむのであれ、お客様が望むものがここにはあります！

The Oven Restaurants specialize in Northern Indian Cuisine which is known for its rich colors, flavor profiles and a unique style of cooking in a clay oven, called the Tandoor. Chicken, shrimp and lamb marinate for several hours in a yogurt and spice mixture and placed on skewers while various breads are being hand made by our chefs fresh each day. The skewers and breads are then placed in the tandoor over an open flame where breads are cooked to perfection and the rich flavors are sealed in to ensure tenderness and quality of the meat. Over the last several years, the Oven Restaurants has expanded to two other locations and added space to the lower level of the Haymarket location. Whether you enjoy the historic Haymarket atmosphere and relaxed vibe of the Cellar, the beautiful sunsets and outdoor patio of the Oven East, or you’re in Omaha for the night to try Himalayas, there are many ways to sample the cuisine of India!

    I have celiac dz and was well taken care of during our visit to assure no cross contamination happened; thank you!! This is my third time and the food has been consistently wonderful each time, our servers have been knowledgeable about the menu and appropriately attentive. I would LOVE to see gf falafel as a menu item as I know it can easily be made or procured from a vendor and is traditionally Mediterranean. Thank you for this fine establishment!

    We love The Oven! Always great drinks, great food and great service and conversation with the bartender! (If I tried to spell his name, I wouldn’t get it right) He is so knowledgeable and friendly and always remembers our drink orders!

    The Oven rarely disappoints and our visit this time was a good one. Food was delicious and came out in a timely manner after ordering. Tables are packed together fairly tightly and the noise level made it hard to hear at times. But our server was attentive and quick to respond to any requests.
