Our ingredients are carefully sourced from the best suppliers and many of our dishes are made with speciality Denominazione di Origine Protetta (DOP) foods direct from Italy.As well as sourcing the best Italian ingredients, we’ve also developed our own special pizza base recipe. Our UNICA pizza dough is made with a multigrain blend of ﬂours that is vitamin-rich and packed with ﬁbre while delivering the same delicious taste. excellent unusual italian seafood. it is expensive but this was an xmas catch up with an old friend, 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 glasses of wine - 83£ each.

Justina and Gareth are great hosts and take a lot of trouble to explain their cheese and wine selection. They know the origin of each cheese and they have visited most of their producers and have a great understanding and depth of knowledge regarding the taste of each cheese,and the appropriate wine pairings!
