Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My partner and I had a great experience dining here at Spuntino! Amazing Italian food, along with a variety of cocktails to choose from. The service was great and attentive the whole meal and made suggestions of pairing food and drink. We are definitely going back soon for drinks at the bar to try more of their amazing specials!

    It was wonderful. Since it was Valentine’s Day I had assumed roses will be given out but that’s ok. We are never disappointed by Seasons 52. Amazing place and can’t wait to go back

    Solidified as my new favorite location. Capital Grille has a great reputation for style, service and quality so I’m not totally surprised by our great dinner today but I will say this location went above and beyond for Valentine’s Day! Special thanks to our server, Matt for being a rock star with attentiveness, great communication, friendliness and charm. He took care of us without missing a beat. We ordered the Filet and Lamb Chops both seasoned and cooked to perfect. Also the new style of lobster and crab cake was amazing with the right sear and amazing flavor. The lobster bisque was creamy and well seasoned and the sides were a homerun (Sautéed Spinach and Mashed Potatoes). Thank you Parsippany location for showing out and putting on a great show. Clean and classy ambience left us walking away saying money well spent. Lots of parking and easy to find location.
