Greenstone Vineyards is comprised of two distinguished, outstanding & unique vineyards, one in Heathcote & the other in the Yarra Valley, each planted in ancient & complex soils imparting their individual characteristics into our range of wines. It’s our mission to make wines that display elegance, purity & layers of complexity, each evoking the season & site from which they’re grown.Our Cellar Door is located just behind the township of Yarra Glen, tucked away with panoramic views of the vineyard and a relaxing vibe. We are open Thursday to Monday, 10am-5pm and offer free live music in the warmer months every Sunday 1-4pm. We do not have a restaurant but serve cheese platters and antipasto platters until 3:30pm

Immerse Winery is a place where lovers of good wine and food can discover and indulge themselves in the Yarra Valley. With lofty ceilings, exposed stonework and warm timbers, the restaurant exudes the rustic country feel of the Yarra Valley, surrounded by the vineyard and beautiful grounds. Dishes incorporate the region's fine locally grown produce with complimenting wines. Our award winning single vineyard wines are curated from our 20 year old vineyard. Varietals include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. All wines are grown, made and bottled onsite. Our wines are bold and distinctive. They are gutsy, authentic expressions of their terroir. Tokar Estate wines are well structured but retain the elegance the Yarra Valley is renowned for. They are nurtured from vineyard to bottle by winemaker Martin Siebert and the Tokar family.The vineyard is hand tendered by our small team using a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. Since 2012 we have reduced cropping levels to ensure exceptional fruit is produced, and we have implemented more sustainable vineyard practices, such as minimising herbicide use in order to encourage soil microfauna and native grasses that harbour beneficial insects.Stop by for a tasting of our wines and enjoy a glass or two out on our beautiful lawn overlooking the vineyard.

Situated at the rear of the cellar door is the alfresco Garden Terrace. Enjoying the over 100 year old hedge our guests can enjoy wine flights and platters in a comfortable outdoor area. The range features fine, traditional style sparkling and elegant, cool climate tables wines that are classically varietal and regionally expressive. All wines are handcrafted in small volumes, from fruit deemed to be the best the vineyard has to offer.
