Demo is a restaurant in the West Village serving modern, Europe-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Quang Nguyen and Sous Chef Dina Fan. Inventive seasonal dishes—like wax beans with bottarga and boquerones—share the menu with updated classics like beef tongue tonnato, alongside a carefully curated list of wines by glass and bottle. The sleek interior, tastefully adorned with red marble and dark wood, hosts a front bar for walk-ins as well as a chef's counter in the back.Please note: We are a small restaurant. The menu concept is far ranging and flexible, allowing clients to design a meal suitable for their palette and their price point. Top tier baristas. An elegance that is reminiscent of The Great Gatsby. A price point that is for everyone. I first visited Fellini as a tourist and it was in my top 5 highlights of the trip. Now I live in NYC and I bring all my local and out-of-town friends. I also go on my own because the atmosphere is so uplifting! Small touches that make a huge effect, crystal cut water carafes, glittering gold chandeliers, rich red accents. Go for divine coffee and stay for the classy vibe.
