Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

    I knew at check in it was going to be a great evening. Matt was our waiter and he was excellent. I liked the team atmosphere of the staff. The filets were incredible and our sides (Brussel sprouts and cream corn) were excellent. Our drinks were very tasty. Had butter cake for desert and it was out of this world. Coffee was special (press) and a nice finish to a wonderful meal. Definitely will be back!

    very beautiful place, food was very tasty. for your average everyday person, a little pricey. but in this case we were celebrating a birthday and frank did a very good job and being friendly, accommodating, and gave us very great service. overall we had a great time.

    Great dinner and service. Multiple waiters that kept water glasses filled and other drinks flowing. Steaks, salads and dinner specials were fantastic.

    The food is cooked very well, the steaks are cooked to the exact temperature you order e.g. rare, medium rare, etc… BUT the steaks had no seasoning whatsoever. The only flavor was from the sear, no salt, no pepper, nothing. Honestly, couldn’t tell the difference between their dry-aged steak and a steak right off the rack from my local butcher. The butter had more flavor than the steak. I would give Delmonico another try, but this is one of the noisiest restaurants we’ve ever dined in. Not paying $400 for a restaurant with the atmosphere of a bar. I should never have to ask my wife “what did you say? I can’t hear you” at a fine dining restaurant. The gin cocktails were the best we’ve ever had, so much so that we were googling the recipes this morning!

    The experience at Delmonicos was a pleasurable mix of attentive service and excellent food. Steaks were done to specific perfection. The sides were fresh and amazingly flavorful, specifically the Brussels sprouts! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

    Food, service, ambience are all five star. Pricing is, like most Las Vegas restaurants on the strip, ridiculous. This is, however, cheaper than Ocean Prime, and far better in our opinion. So if a Strip steakhouse is your goal and money is no object, we highly recommend. The service was over the top. My husband‘s New York strip was thick and tender. And my Chilean Seabass was magnificent. We shared the shrimp cocktail and some ridiculously priced deviled eggs. We do recommend the shrimp cocktail, however the deviled eggs – – basically you got two eggs with a teeny sprinkle of caviar for $30. I enjoyed two Botanist martinis. Husband had a nice pour of Laphroaig Scotch, followed by $50 glass of wine that he enjoyed, but we looked up the label later and saw we could buy an entire bottle for about 100 bucks. This is a special-event restaurant for those who don’t worry about money. It was, however, a five star experience. Food was awesome. Will we be back? For a special occasion, or for when we do another stay-vacation at the Venetian.
