                                                              Amazing food and drinks. Beautiful atmosphere. Service slowed to a crawl at end of service and we waited 15 minutes to get our bill and another 10-15 to get our card back.

                                                              I was highly disappointed! They sat us in the back table where my view was the restroom sign. Having had our appetizers, my husband and I waited over 45 minutes for our entrees to arrive! Our server was courteous, but the long wait just made our dining experience tedious. I will not be dining at Departure again!

                                                              Our server, Jesse, went above and beyond to make sure our evening was amazing! Food recommendations were on point and while there are plenty of gluten free options, he went a step further and had the kitchen staff make couple of dishes gluten free for my celiac daughter. Huge shout out to the chef and his team that really outdid themselves!! The food was AMAZING! My other daughter whose 20th birthday we were celebrating opted to not have a dessert, Jesse showed up with a non-alcoholic drink in a fancy glass for us to cheers each other. An unexpected surprise to top off an already great experience. 10/10 recommend.

                                                              It has been my first time back in almost 8 years! I took my best friend here for her birthday as a night cap, and everyone from the front of house to the patio staff were super welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The food and drinks were great, as it always has been what I expected from so long ago. And thank you for helping make her birthday extra special! I'll be sure not to wait that long to visit again!
