Cinnamon Gardens in Colombo 7, Sri Lanka, is a region named after the plantations that over 100 years ago, covered the land and produced the world’s finest cinnamon. Today, this affluent area is better known for its beauty and natural purities aligned with stylish cafes, galleries and wonderful street-food.
With family and a history in Colombo, our aim is to bring a taste of our Sri Lankan heritage to Buckinghamshire, England through our unique menu based upon old family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Welcome to The Greyhound, a 17th century coaching inn, in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town. Modern Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant, located in 550 years listed The Old Library, the menu has been meticulously crafted by head chef Shumon Uidden using authentic recipes handed down to him from generations of Mughal court cooking.
