With Infini meaning “Limitless Possibilities”, Chef Urvin Croes wants to offer dishes made without boundaries, exploring new possibilities and stepping with two feet outside the box. A chef’s table concept where diners and staff are able to interact throughout the evening, channeling through a story guided by the menu.
Urvin has worked in different roles starting as an apprentice cook and ending as a Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef for the highest-rated hotel restaurants on the island of Aruba. He gained experience in Europe working with 1-Michelin star rated “Grand Hotel Karel V”.
He enjoys buying many of his ingredients from local farmers. It is a combination of all the aforementioned, which is reflected in the dishes created at Chef Urvin his restaurants. He has many accomplishments, which aside from his culinary degrees also include several medals and he is locally famous for being the first winner of ‘Iron Chef Aruba’.

True to its name, the Chef’s Table feels gloriously indulgent, inviting lucky diners on a hedonistic journey encapsulating Antonio Pérez’s life in Puerto Rico and his culinary career across South America, Europe, and Asia. The setting feels intimate and wildly special, with just 12 seats surrounding the open kitchen, complemented by a lounge area for a welcome cava before dinner or a post-tasting menu digestif. The themed-driven five-course menu changes monthly along with its wine pairing. This is not merely another dining experience; it’s an intimate journey through the heart and soul of a Puerto Rican cook and his global culinary influences. Do not reserve a number of diners higher than desired, in our kitchen everything is prepared for all confirmed reservations, as such, we will regard it as a no show who has failed to comply with the reservation.
