Welcome to Bocca Italian at Bokarina Beach on the Sunshine Coast! Offering hand stretched pizza, an array of Salumi's, breads and cheeses and fresh pasta's! Exec Chef Harry Lilai (Ex Cecconis Melbourne) and Head Chef Rob Bredhauer (Ex Bianca Brisbane) have created a menu designed for sharing with all the Italian favourites. Osso Buco, Tiramisu and Polpette with flatbread are our go to's and we of course have a cracking wine list with local, local Italian and imported Italian drops. Our cocktails are all made by Lauren Thomson, our amazing Bar Manager from Market Bistro, so of course we have the salted caramel espresso martini as well as a heap of Italian inspired spritzes, sours and shaken drinks. We offer seating inside for 80 including bar and kitchen dining, another 50 outside, and a private room that seats 14. Market Bistro will open from 11.30am 7 days a week, offering a classic “bistro style” menu featuring house made pasta, and a great selection of dry aged meats and a bunch of export quality local seafood.
Our wine list will be interesting, constantly evolving and feature predominantly Australian and New Zealand producers.
A unique feature of the Bistro is the fact you can walk into & purchase wine from the Wine Store for retail prices then drink it in the Bistro (for a small corkage fee.)
