Located on the shoreline of Deer Creek Reservoir, the warm and contemporary ambiance paired with the locally focused cuisine provides a casual yet upscale dining experience unlike any other in the state. We pride ourselves in supporting local businesses and showcasing the incredible meat, produce, liquors, and beers the state of Utah has to offer. Our mission has always been to provide a true “multi-sensory” experience. We accomplish that not only by highlighting our location but by providing dishes that have stories attached to them.
Yuta was the name the Ute Indians called the area and themselves, meaning "mountain top" or "people who live high is the mountains." Legend has it, when Spanish explorers arrived and asked the natives what this area was called, they were told "YUTA." Its mountains have seen many cultures pass through or inhabit, starting with the Uto-Aztecan Native Americans; then, the Utes. As US western expansion continued, more cultures moved through the area – from as far away as Eastern Europe and China. Drawing on all of these cultures, we are defining a regional cuisine true to Utah, featuring a wood-burning hearth, and with Lynsey Gammon, our Blue Sky farmer who uses the ultimate in organic farming practices.
Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. We are reopening for winter season on December 15, 2024. Join us for Breakfast, Lunch, Après, and Dinner and experience Executive Chef Senthil's exciting new winter menus.
We have a $50 per bottle corkage fee and guests are permitted to bring a maximum of two bottles per party. All seating requests are noted, but not guaranteed.
