Echo is a fine Asian restaurant and we like it as many others do. The value perception has gone out of being reasonable. The worse part of our experience is the music that played at the dinner. Loud disco type of music with lots of drums and lacks any sort of rhythm. I spoke with the manager and she agreed but that she has no control over. Many of the customers felt that way. I guess top management are no longer managing by walking around like it used to be. Very disappointing.

The restaurant and ambiance is very impressive. The food and service was impeccable but $30.00 for a sushi roll that was terribly small, not so much. We ordered cashew chicken shumai and it 4 pieces for $30.00, 2 specialty rolls (very small rolls) at $30.00 each, 2 martinis and dessert plus an automatic 20% gratuity on the check was over $200.00. I guess we were paying for location and it’s owned by the Breakers. One thing I will say is that NOBU gives you more for your money.

The food was delicious. Unfortunately the appetizer and soup came out a the same time. We sent the appetizer back. Then the main course came out when we got the appetizer. We had to send that back. We felt like we were being rushed. This is not a cheap restaurant. The noise level was to the point where you could not hear each other. We changed from inside to outside. We would go back but not in season.

Amazing sushi !! Would definite go back . A little pricey but totally worth it ! Great experience ! Which we had found this little gem before our last night in West Palm Beach !

We dined outside on a delightful evening. Sonja was an excellent server. We shared the Bang Bang shrimp & both enjoyed the Mandarin Orange beef. Always love the complimentary edamame. We ended our meal sharing their brownie sundae. We enjoy Echo several times during our stay in Palm Beach. John & Jeffrey at the bar are the best!
