Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    As always, Eddie V’s came through for our family’s March birthday celebration. Husband, son and daughter all have birthdays this month so I took them to one of my favorite restaurants. The service is top notch and the food was delish! Love, love the crab fried rice! Crab stuff shrimp, scallops and salmon were scrumptious. If you like tuna tartare you must try it as an appetizer. Wine list is also nice…great options.

    It was awesome!! The food was delicious and service was great. Steaks were cooked to perfection and all sides were tasty!! Signature cocktails were fun!!

    This was our first time at Eddie V's, and the experience was excellent. From the ambiance, to the service, to our meal - everything was amazing. Jayden and Gabrielle were amazing and provided one of the best dining experiences we've ever received. Will definitely be back

    Our server Sophie made us feel like we were one of the family. The service was phenomenal, the food was amazing, and cocktails delicious. We'll definitely be coming back!

    Excellent service and beautiful view. Entrees were tasty. We expected the salmon being perfectly cooked for a premium seafood and we were not delighted though very tasty and high qualitative food.

    I am a frequent visitor to Eddie V’s and have always held it in high regard. I’ve brought customers, family, and friends there, and even hosted company events at your restaurant. In fact, I often tell people that Eddie V’s is, hands down, the best restaurant in the DC/MD/VA area—a rating based on both exceptional service and outstanding food quality. However, my experience last night, February 26, 2025, was deeply disappointing—shocking, even. To start, my waiter forgot to place my appetizer order. I only realized this when my entrée arrived. He didn’t proactively approach me to apologize; it was only after I asked, “Where is my appetizer?” that he acknowledged his mistake and apologized. For my entrée, I ordered the Snake River Farms Gold Grade Wagyu Strip—my usual choice and the most expensive item on the menu—cooked medium rare. Instead, it arrived medium well. When I pointed this out to the waiter, his response was a simple, “I’m sorry, sir,” with no offer to correct it, such as preparing a new steak. Additionally, my asparagus side order was also forgotten. Once again, the waiter didn’t address it until I got the bill, which then I said “I hope you didn’t charge me for the asparagus.” His reply was, “No, sir, we did not charge you for the asparagus,” as if he was aware of the oversight but chose not to apologize until I brought it up. Throughout the evening, the waiter rarely checked on my table. I had to flag him down repeatedly to get his attention. This experience fell far short of the standard I’ve come to expect from Eddie V’s, and I wanted to share my feedback.
