El Parrillaje Juarez is a restaurant that specializes in roasted meat and market-quality fresh seafood. The restaurant is warm and welcoming with plenty of both raw and stained wood used as decoration, which evokes the wood-fired grill that El Parrillaje Juarez uses in the back to cook up all of its hand selected proteins. The menu is rather large, with ten different sections each focusing on a different type of menu item. Appetizers include grilled sweetbreads, chistorra sausage and a charred bell pepper stuffed with octopus and manchego cheese.
