Our AM guests must pay for parking in Lot C or A/B Parkade (Across the street from Ernest's) by using the honk app. For our evening guests parking is free in parking Lot C but you must register your vehicle upon arrival at the host desk.

There is a Public Transit stop at the corner of 106th Street and 118th Avenue, as well as a Stop at Kingsway Garden Mall and LRT -NAIT stop: Ernest's is located at the North end of the school

The Toque Demagny Scholarship Dinner, Young Culinarians Conquering Cancer, Team NAIT and Le club Culinaire fundraisers, etc... provide students with the opportunity to challenge their personal and professional bests. We also feature wine dinners with regional wines paired to perfection with our students culinary creations.

I went to Ernest’s with my mom to celebrate her birthday. They had a little card waiting for her on our table when we arrived, wishing her a happy birthday. She was so pleased; it was a very thoughtful touch. The menu is fairly small, but has a little bit of everything to choose from, including several meat options, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free etc. and they are willing to accommodate other dietary requirements. I also noted there were a lot of Canadian ingredients, which I appreciated seeing. They notified us that they had an ‘Eat, Learn, Celebrate’ special in which we could get any appetizer, entree and desert for $32. It was a fantastic deal. They also gave us a free selection of freshly baked breads and butter to start. The food was incredible. Prepared with a skillful touch and cooked to perfection. Cocktails were also delicious. When our dessert arrived, they wrote ‘Happy Birthday’ on mom’s plate in dark chocolate. She was thrilled, and I was very grateful for all the little details they provided to help make her feel special on her big day. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone. The quality of the food and service, especially when compared to the price, is fantastic. 10/10

It was our first time to experience Ernesto. I cannot believe.I have lived in edmonton for 55 years, And this was my first time!! I went with my sister for her birthday.And we were extremely pleased with everything. From entry to exit it was the best dining experience at every level I have ever experienced. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The quality, taste and presentation of the food was beyond the five stars you allow. Starting off with the delicious bread and butter would have been enough... The lunch menu had a large variety of options which I was not expecting and found it very difficult to choose. I have already booked my next visit there and I plan many more. It probably is a good thing that it is so difficult to get a reservation at this restaurant, Otherwise I might go far more often than I could afford Thank you for the wonderful experience and meal.I cannot wait to go back. It was an absolute pleasure. I feel I found a treasure today!🥰

It was a fantastic lunch to celebrate girls day in Japan. Food was delicious and services were great. The manager was very friendly and polite. We would love to visit again .

We live out of town but live coming here to see what the brilliant up and coming future chefs create! Always such interesting dishes.

This was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend that anybody that wants a fine dining experience to eat here. The food is prepared completely from scratch and cooked by student’s in the culinary arts program. Every single component is made from scratch. Our waiter was Jean Paul. He was excellent. Extremely attentive and was able to give meal advice for all of my allergies. Rayne was one of the cooks and I recommend anything he is cooking. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could.
