Food was excellent. Service was off. Took about 20 minutes for a server to come to our table and that was only after we went to host stand to point this out. The restaurant was overwhelmed in the 6:30- ish time frame.

We had a delightful Monday evening dining here. We had three appetizers, and our servers did a wonderful job of timing them so we could enjoy each on its own. The mushroom platter never disappoints, and we also enjoyed a cheese plate and delicious mussels. We like to go places where it isn’t too noisy, and the smaller size and table arrangement here allows for good conversation with just the right amount of liveliness.

Great people and wonderful food. Most of our meal was spot on delicious. One item was delicious, but a notch below and a bit less exciting. The ambience is perfect. Quiet with a good energy. And the staff are amazing.

Farmstead is a great spot for an intimate dinner. Waitstaff is attentive without being invasive. It's a nice setting and not noisy like many places seem to be these days. Had a great drink and the wine recommendation was nice. My wife's sole was very tasty and well presented. I ordered the roast chicken and the best I can say is that it was very ordinary. Not what one would expect with what the dinner cost. We booked late that same day, I sort of understand why Farmstead had availability on short notice.
