Owner Greg Carelli with help from his father Gene wanted to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting that features a large open flame fireplace, mosaic tiles, natural Birch woods, and warm lighting. An appetizer of fresh mozzarella and Beefsteak tomato caprese, lightly breaded calamari or lamb artichoke meatballs will please the palate at Carelli's. It is humbling and reassuring to know that some restaurant professionals are willing to work this hard to produce high quality local cuisine. The farm to table concept is an added bonus. The price fixe menu was impeccably put together, and the resulting taste combination was nothing short of sublime. Excellent and knowledgeable waitstaff without a hint of pretentiousness. Thank you Bramble & Hare… we hope to be back for another special occasion!

Absolutely delicious. We live in Cincinnati and loved Pizzeria Locale before they went out of business, so we always looked forward to visiting a location in Denver. They've since closed the Denver locations as well, but the pizza here was even better! It's a much more upscale vibe, and we loved everything that we tried.

A real delight in all respects! Acoustics are well-controlled so one can hear both music and conversation. I had the truffle starter with egg yolk in Parmesan, really excellent and not too heavy. Focaccia was a great way to scoop up the egg. Venison medallions for the main were also terrific. The Sommelier recommended wine was good but despite being 2012 to a while to open up. Decanting helped. Didn’t stay for dessert due to leftovers of same at home.

Our group of 6 dined on the patio on Christmas Eve. It was a very busy evening. Service was great and we appreciated the lower noise level outside. We would visit again. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.
