He served us the first Smoked Sable Fish Salad after adding it to their menu. It was fantastic. We ordered the scallops and the beef stroganoff for our entrees and Alejandro gave us great recommendations for pairing the glass of wine with the particular meals. His enthusiastic and friendly personality was a great complement to our experience. We will surely be back and ask for Alejandro, if he is there.
