Nasprías is the name of the land where our family has had its vineyard in Sardinia for almost a century. It is a name that we relate to family and traditions, values which are at the core of our food: pizza al taglio, croissants, cakes and much more. We use real Sardinian ingredients together with the freshest local produce sourced from right here in the Costwolds. We don’t buy pre-made or frozen doughs, we source the best flour and yeast and let our doughs raise for 24-48 hours, just like our families did in the past; the way it should be done.Nasprías tips its hat to my Sardinian roots and also serves Illy coffee, the best that Italy has to offer made to Illy’s exacting high standards alongside other drinks that you can find in any Italian bar.     We arrived late because of bad weather and needed to eat quickly because we had tickets for a concert. The staff could not have been more helpful. Our drinks and food arrived quickly with no compromise on quality. Everything was delicious- especially the duck! Our table was in a cosy corner and for a large restaurant they have managed to keep the areas intimate and quiet enough to chat without sacrificing the “ buzz”. We can’t wait to return!

    We really enjoy the restaurant, however we were rushed out, rather than be asked if we wanted desserts, the waitress said, so your not ordering desserts...... I will get your bill, she brought the bill & made an assumption about how we were splitting thr bill & paying. We have been before & had a wonderful experience, tonight made us feel uncomfortable

    I took my daughter for her birthday. She was given a card and a glass of crémant which I thought was delightful. The food was very delicious and the service was very good. I’m sorry I don’t live near a Cote Brasserie but shall return next time I am in Cheltenham
