We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. We take pride in guaranteeing that none of our offerings contain GMO fruits, vegetables, or processed seed oils. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally.     Once again, a wonderfully, great restaurant and experience. Great place for celebrating a holiday. Dinner was great, service was great and we were not rushed. Restaurant offered chocolate covered strawberries for dessert, nice touch. Outstanding baked clams oreganata and ceasar salad, my favorite!

    We went to 317 Main for Valentine’s Day. So glad we did. There was a special menu for the night but my husband was craving the Paella and mentioned it to our server. (We’ve been to 317 Main before) Well, she told the chef about my husbands comment and Chef Eric made it for him special off the menu. And that’s why we go there. The service, the quality of the food and drinks are absolutely the best.

    Came for my wife’s Birthday and the place was Beautiful oh my goodness I mean perfect haven’t seen a restaurant this nice in a long time , the waitress and waiter were on point and made us hungry when he went over the menu . However I have to go back my steak was great but wish my veggies were a little more tasteful the Mash potatoes were really good but I must go back to Try something different

    This was not our first visit to Mythos. They were busy but it took a good 10-15 minutes for someone to come by to take our drink order. Additionally, the wait staff does not tell you about off menu offerings unless you specifically ask. The food has always been great but the service, although friendly and polite, needs some polish.
