Great menu selection. Food carefully prepared. Served with no delays. Attentive service.

Pros: Large, spacious, beautiful restaurant, with lots of choices in each category. Staff is all nicely dressed, with a bit of a elegant, contemporary atmosphere. Food is well-prepared, high quality, nicely spiced, with many Central Asian specialties. (Calling this an "Asian" restaurant on Open Table is very misleading and incomplete, when the cuisine focuses on food from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.) Cons: High ceilings and hard surfaces can make conversation difficult, even though tables aren't close together. We had a language problem with our staff - they struggled to understand most of what we said, but frequently didn't get what we were asking for or what our common dietary restrictions were. Generally attentive service but frequent periods where certain orders were nowhere to be found, and our waiter just disappeared for 15 minutes. Our waiter's response to minor requests to alter menu items, like substituting chicken for lamb, or making a standard cocktail that wasn't on the menu, was "sorry, we can't do that." (The bar had all the ingredients). Even a request to refill a standard cup of coffee resulted in three different staff members confused about what to do. Everyone looked like they were trying hard to provide good service, but were either confused or inexperienced. Courses were spaced inconsistently - we waited 20 minutes to get four soups, and then five minutes later all our entrees arrived. On a busy Sunday night, they were out of many items. Finally, they do have a ramp outside for people using a walker or a wheelchair, but it is a LONG walk.

The food was superior. We went for the Northwest Restaurant Month menu. The variety was expectional. The only problem we incurred was the bus boy and food runner. The bus boy did not clear the appetizer dishes prior to the main course being served. We had to hold the dishes for the food runner to take after he served. The food runner had to ask who had what dish. I think this is deplorable from management not to have the proper food placed in front of the proper person. The bus boy was efficient in clearing the table after the food was finished and had no problem reaching across another person to take the dishes and pile them on the table. Really for the prices this establishment charges the bus boy and food runner should be better trained. The bus boy should not be standing by the table when the customers are leaving. This location would have received a 5 rating but the service was not correct.

Had a great dinner of appetizers, salad and pizza at Napolita. The server was friendly and efficient. Our food was hot and delicious. They have "red" pizza and "white pizza. We had one of each. Both had great ingredients and so tasty.

Loved the decor. Food was great.
